		<description>Interesting.  Yes indeed this could be historic.  But the other silver lining is while many large inefficient chain retail outlets, and a lot of restaurants are going under, I have noticed that a lot of new companies are forming.  I think that this could lead to a decentralization of our capital.

I joined a business in July.  I am not currently a partial owner, and I have to say it is going pretty well so far.  Maybe it will help me weather the economy as it is... but more importantly... if many of these ventures can succeed, we have the ability to pull off the return of the economy of the nimbler smaller shop.  

This could rebuild the middle class, along with the new economic priority of DC (a clear left/centrist coalition about to take the reigns of government), this could be exactly what is need to create liquidity in the hands of the consuming public and not the monied gentry.</description>
